MP e-Seva: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister (CM) Dr Mohan Yadav said on Saturday that the ‘MP e-Seva portal’ and mobile application launched recently have laid a strong foundation for digital governance across the state, making public services more accessible, efficient and transparent.
He reflected on the salient features of the initiatives, and underscored that digital technology has emerged as the cornerstone of good governance, with the Central Province leading the sector. He said, “Citizens now need not visit multiple platforms for different departmental services. A single integrated system now provides quick, seamless and transparent access.”

MP e-Seva: 1700+ govt services, schemes integrated on portal
The platform, developed under the aegis of the state’s Electronics Development Corporation, integrates more than 1700 government services and schemes across 56 departments. CM Dr Yadav said the state has set a target of achieving 100% e-service delivery by this year’s end, marking a milestone in becoming a national leader in digital governance.
He further said that the system strengthens accountability and streamlines service delivery, while saving the time and resources of the citizens.
Platform boasts these features
By means of the mobile application and the portal, the citizens will be able to check eligibility, as well as apply for services, track application status and obtain approvals in one place. Furthermore, the platform boasts features like Aadhar-based authentication, e-signature and digital certificates, which have enabled a completely faceless and paperless system.

According to officials, the initiative has also eradicated the need for repeated document submissions, as previously uploaded documents are automatically made available for applications to be submitted in the future.
MP e-Seva also integrated with Samagra portal
Moreover, the MP e-Seva platform has also been integrated with the Sanagra Portal, assigning each family a unique eight-digit ID and each member a nine-digit ID. This feature enables auto-verification of eligibility, slashes delays and duplication in service delivery.
So far, close to 2.14 lakh transactions have been recorded on the platform, including thousands of applications and eligibility checks.

MP earns national recognition for Digital push
Notably, under the National e-Governance Service Delivery Assessment (NeSDA) 2025, Madhya Pradesh captured the second spot by mapping 1,752 e-services and by achieving complete integration across all mandatory 56 departments. The state also received the Prime Minister’s Award for excelling in the ‘Cyber Tehsil initiative’ and a National e-Governance Gold Award for ‘Sampada 2.0.’
