The wait is over for Roadies fans! MTV’s popular adventure reality show returned on October 16 with its latest season, Roadies REBIRTH, bringing a fresh concept that promises to change the way the competition unfolds. While the show continues to test contestants on their physical strength, mental resilience and determination, this season introduces a major twist: six Gang Leaders divided into two competing teams, OGs and NewGs.
Hosted by Rannvijay Singha, the new season combines familiar faces, fresh leadership and a revamped selection process, setting the stage for a different kind of Roadies battle.

OGs vs NewGs: Experience Takes on a New Generation
The biggest change this season is the division of Gang Leaders into two teams. The OGs feature Neha Dhupia, Prince Narula and Nikhil Chinapa, bringing their experience and familiarity with the Roadies format. On the other side, the NewGs team comprises Abhishek Malhan, popularly known as Fukra Insaan, Bani J and Baseer Ali.
This format introduces a team-versus-team dynamic alongside the individual competition. Gang Leaders must now focus not only on selecting strong contestants but also on building a team capable of outperforming their rivals.

A Fresh Twist to the Selection Process
The auditions remain an important part of the journey, but the new format adds another strategic dimension to contestant selection. With six leaders competing for promising Roadies, every decision could influence the balance of power between the OGs and NewGs.
The opening episode also showcased the importance of physical ability and confidence, with Bani J’s arm-wrestling face-off providing an early glimpse of the competitive spirit this season aims to deliver.

Rannvijay Returns to Lead the Journey
Rannvijay Singha’s return as host brings back a familiar face associated with the show’s identity. With a revamped format and a mix of established and newer personalities, Roadies REBIRTH aims to give audiences a fresh take on the long-running reality franchise.
The first episode premiered on October 16, marking the beginning of a season where leadership, strategy and individual performance will all play crucial roles.
As the OGs and NewGs begin their battle, the big question is whether experience will prevail or the new generation will rewrite the Roadies playbook.
