West Indies Post 295/7
After being asked to bat first, West Indies posted 295/7 in their 50 overs. Justin Greaves was the top scorer with a century, making 101 runs, while John Campbell scored 62 and Amir Jangoo remained unbeaten on 58.
India’s bowling attack kept the scoring under control during the middle overs. Kuldeep Yadav was the standout performer, claiming four wickets for 40 runs in his 10 overs.

Gill and Kohli Turn the Chase Into a Rout
India began the chase with Rohit Sharma scoring 32 runs from 35 balls. After his dismissal, Shubman Gill joined Virat Kohli and the pair took complete control of the innings.
Gill scored a brilliant 110 off 108 balls, while Kohli produced a sensational unbeaten 139 from just 88 deliveries. Their partnership put India firmly ahead and left West Indies with little chance of making a comeback.

Kohli Reaches 15,000 ODI Runs
The biggest individual milestone came when Virat Kohli completed 15,000 runs in ODI cricket. He became only the second batter after Sachin Tendulkar to reach the landmark.
Kohli also registered his 55th ODI century during the knock. His unbeaten 139 included 10 fours and nine sixes, underlining his dominance throughout the chase.
The former India captain finished the match in style by hitting a six as India completed an eight-wicket victory. With the win, India took a 1-0 lead in the three-match ODI series.
