MP CM Dr Yadav celebrates 61st b’day by participating in sisters’ programme; PM Modi, Minister Shah extend greetings on ‘X’

MP CM birthday: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister (CM) Dr Mohan Yadav celebrated his 61st birthday on Wednesday. To mark the occasion, a programme titled ‘Behenon ki Paati: Bhaiya Ke Naam Abhivyakti’ was organised at his official residence. Notably, the programme was organised by several women, who extended their heartfelt wishes to CM Dr Yadav. At the beginning of the programme, CM Dr Yadav lit the ceremonial lamp, following which the females presented him gifts, bouquets and handwritten letters filled with blessings. Several participants also gifted him portraits and photographs.

CM begins b’day by feeding cows

Earlier in the day, CM Dr Yadav began his birthday by feeding cows, a gesture rooted in cultural tradition. He also invited specially-abled kids to his residence, greeted them warmly and distributed gifts. 

MP CM birthday: CM expresses gratitude to sisters who organized event

Addressing the ‘Beheno Ke Paati’ event, CM Dr Yadav expressed gratitude towards the women for the affection and blessings received through the programme. He said that while he was receiving birthday wishes, the day truly symbolised the blessings of women.

He further said that such interactions would continue in the future, and announced plans to organise a dedicated ‘Sisters’ Panchayat to engage in detailed discussions with the females of the state. He highlighted the progress of the nation under Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi, underlining that the state was also advancing steadily with the support and goodwill of its people. 

Women pray to Goddess Durga for CM’s longevity

The females participating in the event noted that the CM’s birthday coincided with Navratri, and prayed to Goddess Durga for his longevity. They also wished for continued good governance under his leadership.

PM Narendra Modi took to social media platform ‘X’ to wish CM Dr Yadav a happy birthday. He noted CM Dr Yadav’s active role in advancing holistic growth. Union Home Minister Amit Shah also chipped in, saying that under PM Modi’s guidance and CM Dr Yadav’s leadership, Madhya Pradesh has been setting new benchmarks in development and public welfare.

Other leaders who extended wishes to CM Dr Yadav included Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, UP CM Yogi Adityanath, Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis and Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini.
