Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav reviewed the preparations underway in the state for the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan on September 14. He said that the light of the lamp of development lit by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is spreading across the country. It is a symbol of the light of Modi’s 25 years of service and responsibility. The Seva-Sankalp Abhiyan will be conducted in the state from September 17 to October 17. On Prime Minister Modi’s birthday on September 17, people of the state will express their gratitude to him by lighting a large number of lamps. He said that efforts should be made to create a world record for lamp lighting on this occasion. The Seva Sankalp Abhiyan should be organized enthusiastically at the village and city levels by ensuring maximum public participation. Responsibilities should be assigned to officers and employees for advance preparation of all programmes and effective monitoring should be ensured. He said that along with officers and employees, better coordination with public representatives should also be ensured for the arrangements of various programmes, along with 100 percent participation of all concerned.
Presentation on activities
The Seva-Sankalp Abhiyan will begin on the birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on September 17 with the lighting of lamps across the state under the Aashirwad Ka Diya programme. Lamps will be lit simultaneously at 7 pm in all gram panchayats and every ward of urban local bodies across the state, including Mahakal Mahalok in Ujjain. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav himself will participate in the programme in Ujjain. All beneficiary families and institutions across the state should be included in the lamp-lighting programme. Our effort is to create a world record in lamp lighting in Madhya Pradesh on this important occasion. On the same day, blood donation camps will be organized at all health centres and medical colleges. Instructions have also been given at the meeting for necessary arrangements for blood collection, transportation and storage. The state in-charge of the programme will be Urban Development and Housing Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya. Under the Seva-Sankalp Abhiyan, painting and speech competitions will be held at the district level from September 19 to 26 and at the state level on October 4 and 5 under the Mere Sapnon Ka Bharat programme. All government and private schools and colleges will participate in these competitions. The winning students of the state-level competition will be presented prizes along with certificates signed by Chief Minister Dr. Yadav. The state in-charge of the programme will be School Education Minister Rao Uday Pratap Singh. The Namo Seva-Ankahi Kahaniyan activity will be held from September 19 to October 5, under which street plays will be presented at various public places. The state in-charge of the programme will be Culture Minister Dharmendra Singh Lodhi.
This is how the programmes will be organized
Aangan Milan Seva will be organized in all Anganwadis from September 26 to October 5. Under this, arrangements will be made for refreshments, sports materials, reading materials, etc. for children and mothers. A video of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav’s appeal will also be shown to women and children at the Anganwadi centres. Information on health, nutrition, vaccination, anaemia and cleanliness will be provided under Aangan Milan Seva. The state in-charge of the programme will be Women and Child Development Minister Nirmala Bhuria. The Seva Ki Kahani programme will be held from September 17 to October 17. Under this, messages of beneficiaries whose lives have changed through various Central and state government schemes will be released as a gesture of gratitude. The state in-charge of the programme will be Minister of State for Urban Development and Housing, Pratima Bagri. The Seva Jyoti Kalash Yatra will be taken out in every assembly constituency on October 7. Under this, district development booklets will be distributed and development activities carried out in the district will be discussed. The state in-charge of the programme will be Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Vishwas Sarang. The Badnagar (Gujarat)-Varanasi Seva Yatra will be held from September 17 to October 7. This yatra will pass through all districts of the state. The programme in-charge will be Public Health and Medical Education Minister Narendra Shivaji Patel.
Human Rangoli will be created
The Seva Mera Yogdan programme will be held from October 2 to October 10. Under this, various service activities will be conducted with the participation of all sections of society and institutions. The state in-charge of the programme will be Public Works Minister Rakesh Singh. The Seva Setu Abhiyan will be held from October 2 to 10. Under the programme, camps will be organized at the development block level and zone-wise in urban local bodies. Benefits under various beneficiary-oriented schemes of the Central and state governments will be provided to eligible beneficiaries on the spot. The Jan Vishwas Abhiyan will also be linked with this programme. The state in-charge of the programme will be Public Health and Medical Education Minister Rajendra Shukla, Revenue. Under the Seva Ke Rang Rashtra Ke Sang programme, human Rangoli will be created on a large scale with public participation in Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Jhabua and Alirajpur on October 9 and 10. The state in-charge of the programme will be Scheduled Caste Welfare Minister Nagar Singh Chauhan.
Beneficiaries will receive the benefits of schemes
The Seva First Innovation Challenge programme will be held on October 12, in which incubators, startup leaders and innovators will participate. The state in-charge of the programme will be Minister Rakesh Shukla, Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion. The Sushasan Seva Samvad programme will be organized at the national level in New Delhi on October 17. Panch and Sarpanch representatives from the state will participate in it. The state in-charge of the programme will be Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Prahlad Patel. Under 25 Saal-25 Kahaniyan, kits received from the Central Government will be presented to the families of eminent citizens and intellectual sections in all districts. The state in-charge of the programme will be Higher Education Minister Inder Singh Parmar. Under the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra Influencer Exchange programme, social media influencers from other states who have come to the state will visit the districts of Madhya Pradesh. The state in-charge of the programme will be Higher Education Minister Inder Singh Parmar. In the meeting, instructions were given to make preparations for Seva Setu mega camps development block-wise and zone-wise and ensure that the maximum number of eligible beneficiaries receive the benefits of various government schemes. District officials were also instructed to ensure proper arrangements for transportation, travel, food, etc. for participants attending the programmes organized under the campaign.
