Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister (CM) Dr Mohan Yadav met Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Thursday and sought his guidance on a range of issues concerning the state's development, welfare initiatives, investment prospects and economic progress.
During the meeting, CM Dr Yadav briefed the Prime Minister on various ongoing development projects and public welfare initiatives in Madhya Pradesh, along with the achievements recorded by the state government. Discussions also covered investment and other matters related to the state's overall growth.

PM Modi invited to Global Investors Summit
A key highlight of the meeting was CM Dr Yadav's invitation to PM Modi to attend the Global Investors Summit 2027, which is scheduled to be held in Madhya Pradesh next year.
The Chief Minister apprised Modi of steps being taken to create a favourable investment environment in the state. He also shared details of the government's efforts to promote industrial development and generate employment opportunities.
CM Dr Yadav also briefed the Prime Minister about the 'Mukhyamantri Sugam Parivahan Seva', a transport service launched by the Madhya Pradesh government.
The Chief Minister's meeting with Modi comes as the state continues to focus on attracting investment and strengthening its industrial ecosystem. The proposed investors' summit is expected to provide a platform for discussions around investment opportunities and industrial growth in Madhya Pradesh.
Details of 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan' shared
CM Dr Yadav also apprised Prime Minister Modi of activities and programmes being organised across Madhya Pradesh under the 'Seva Sankalp Abhiyan', which began in the state on September 17.
