An old video showing an Israeli woman tourist allegedly being subjected to obscene and offensive comments at the Kishangarh dumping yard in Rajasthan’s Ajmer district has resurfaced online, prompting police to arrest four men.
The incident reportedly took place several years ago, but police acted after the video recently went viral.
Obscene Comments Caught on Camera
According to police, the woman was recording a video at the popular Kishangarh site when the four men allegedly approached her and made objectionable comments. The woman can reportedly be heard asking them to stop bothering her.
Police Acted Without Waiting for Complaint
After the video spread widely on social media, Ajmer Police took suo motu cognisance of the incident. A special team used technical and intelligence inputs to identify the men.
The arrested men were identified as Mohammad Furkhan, Mohammad Anees, Farhan and Akhtar Ali, all residents of Kishangarh. Police registered a case and further legal proceedings are underway.
Tourist Thanks Rajasthan Police
Following the arrests, the tourist reportedly thanked Rajasthan Police for their quick response. She said she had spent around six months travelling in India and continued to have positive feelings toward the country.

The incident has renewed attention on the safety and security of tourists visiting Rajasthan. Police have urged visitors to report emergencies or harassment through official helplines and seek immediate assistance when required.
