Movie maintains strong hold at domestic box office

The film had already scripted history at the box office by surpassing the Rs 1000 crore globally within its first week, bolstered by a massive opening weekend that saw collections exceeding Rs 100 crore in just three days. The momentum carried seamlessly into the second week and has now entered into the third week.

On Day 16, the film minted Rs 21.55 crore net in India, up from Rs 18.30 crore on Thursday. With this, its domestic earnings inch close to the Rs 1000 crore mark, standing at an impressive Rs 959 crore net.

Dhurandhar 2 collections: Film opens to $7 million debut in abroad

Internationally too, Dhurandhar 2 emerged as a formidable force, as it opened to a strong $7 million debut overseas. By the end of the first weekend, it raked in $22 million. Despite a slowdown in the daily collections during the second week, it crossed the $30 million mark with remarkable ease.

On its third Friday, it added over $500,000, taking its overseas figures above $40 million. It is noteworthy that the high-octane spy thriller has shattered long-standing records in key territories such as North America, surpassing the benchmark set by Baahubali 2: The Conclusion, nearly a decade ago.
