CM Dr. Yadav Meets Governor Patel, Says Government Continues to Take Welfare-Oriented Initiatives Forward

Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav met Governor Mangubhai Patel at Lok Bhavan on August 11. After the meeting, CM Dr. Yadav spoke to the media. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is progressing rapidly in all sectors. Today, the world is looking towards India with great hope. The Madhya Pradesh government is continuously taking forward development-oriented and welfare-oriented initiatives, working shoulder to shoulder to fulfill Prime Minister Modi’s resolve of Viksit Bharat@2047.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav told the media that during his discussion with Governor Patel, he apprised him that the state government has restarted the recruitment process afresh for appointments to vacant posts in all government departments. In recent days, all eligible officers and employees in the state have also been given the benefit of promotions. This promotion process had been pending for a long time, and our officers and employees had been waiting for decades for the promotion process to begin.

Discussion on Low Rainfall Also Held

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that he apprised Governor Patel about the extensive preparations underway across the state for the upcoming national festival, Independence Day. Discussions were also held on making Indore-Ujjain and Bhopal-Sehore Metropolitan Cities, the passage of several bills including the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) during the Assembly’s monsoon session, the situation of 15 percent less rainfall in the state so far due to the El Niño effect, and other development-oriented works. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that he also informed Governor Patel about the ongoing Har Ghar Tiranga campaign and various development works in the state.
