CM Dr. Yadav Transfers ₹311 Crore to Beneficiaries’ Accounts, Says – Service Is Our Religion

Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on August 11 transferred, through a single click from the Ministry, the social security pension amount to the accounts of lakhs of eligible beneficiaries across the state and the incentive amount for gas cylinder refills to eligible women under the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana. On this occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav addressed the beneficiaries present in all the districts of the state through video conferencing. He said that our government is working with complete commitment for the development and welfare of every section of society. It is our sentiment that happiness and prosperity should come to every household. He said that the government’s priority is service and Antyodaya, and under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, historic work is being carried out for the welfare of the poor, youth, women’s power and farmers. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that serving everyone with a spirit of dedication is our religion and Antyodaya is our ultimate goal.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav transferred ₹211 crore 53 lakh to the bank accounts of more than 35 lakh 25 thousand eligible beneficiaries under various social security pension schemes in the state. This amount has been credited to the accounts of the concerned beneficiaries as the pension for July 2026. He said that although the pension amount may be small, the support it provides is very significant. The smiles on the faces of the elderly give the government new energy to do even better work for public welfare. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that our festivals are not only occasions for celebration but also opportunities to connect with the happiness of the last person in society. He said that for the government, nothing is more important than the dignity of citizens and everyone’s happiness. Therefore, we decided to transfer the pension amount to senior citizens first on the occasion of the upcoming festivals.

The House Gets Its Cheer from Sisters

Referring to the month of Shravan and the upcoming festival of Raksha Bandhan, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also transferred, through a single click, the gas cylinder refill amount for April and May 2026 to the accounts of more than approximately 22 lakh 20 thousand sisters in the state. Under this, around ₹99 crore as a two-month subsidy has been credited to the accounts of the sisters. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Shravan is the month of sisters, and if sisters are not happy, there is no cheer in the household. That is why we have already started giving them the gift of Raksha Bandhan. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav extended his heartfelt wishes for Raksha Bandhan to all the sisters of the state and said that everyone should celebrate Raksha Bandhan happily, prepare delicious dishes and feed them to their brothers. He said that our happiness lies in the happiness of our sisters, and we will leave no stone unturned for their welfare.

Appeal to Hoist the Tricolour

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav extended his greetings to the people of the state on Hariyali Teej, Independence Day and Raksha Bandhan and prayed for happiness, prosperity and well-being in everyone’s life with the blessings of Mahakal. Under the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, he appealed to all citizens of the state to hoist the Tricolour at their respective homes. Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Minister Govind Singh Rajput and Social Justice and Disabled Welfare, Horticulture and Food Processing Minister Narayan Singh Kushwah also addressed the programme held at the Ministry. Additional Chief Secretary, Food and Civil Supplies, Rashmi Arun Shami, Principal Secretary, Social Justice and Disabled Welfare, Sonali Vayangankar, along with other departmental officials, were also present at the programme.
