CJP Founder Dipke booked in Latur for allegedly entering govt school without permission, threatening teachers
Police in Maharashtra’s Latur have registered a First Information Report (FIR) against the founder of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) Abhijeet Dipke and several members of the outfit for allegedly entering a government school without permission and issuing threats to teachers, police said.
The FIR was registered at the Ausa Police Station after the cops received a complaint from Sayyed Shamshadbano Khairatali (53), a teacher attached to the Zilla Parishad Urdu School.
What does the FIR mention?
As per the complaint, the alleged incident transpired at the ZP Urdu School in Jawali near Ausa, located more than 500 kms from state capital Mumbai. Notably, Dipke has been visiting government schools across Latur district as part of the party’s ‘School Thik Karo’ campaign, during which he has been highlighting issues affecting students’ education.
The complaint alleges that Dipke, along with party workers Ajinkya Shinde and others, barged into the school premises without permission and sat among the students. They allegedly questioned students during the school hours, posing an obstruction to educational and official work.

It was also alleged that Dipke recorded the proceedings and shared the videos of the same on social media.
Allegations of defamation, threats levelled against Dipke
The complainant woman alleged that Dipke later claimed on social media that students from another school had been brought to the premises and were made to sit in the classrooms during his visit. Furthermore, Dipke also threatened to have the teachers suspended.
Sections invoked in the FIR
Police have registered the FIR under Sections 132, 329(3), 351(2) and 356(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). The said sections pertain to allegedly assaulting or using criminal force to deter a public servant from discharging his/her official duties, house trespass, criminal intimidation and criminal defamation.
Police have begun probing the incident, which shall now be examined on the basis of the complaint, available footage and the statements of the ones involved.
