The match reached its decisive moment when Abhishek Sharma claimed the final wicket, bringing the New Zealand innings to an end. Moments earlier, Tilak Varma had taken a stunning catch at long-on, effectively crushing the Black Caps’ last hopes of a comeback.
As the final wicket fell, the stadium erupted in celebration, with Indian players and thousands of fans rejoicing in a historic victory.

India dominate the tournament
