The Chief Minister said, “During a time when the world is witnessing serious geopolitical tensions, Rahul Gandhi should speak responsibly. The Leader of the Opposition should avoid using light or inappropriate language against the Prime Minister.”

Global tensions demand responsible politics

CM Dr Yadav noted that in the thick of conflicts between Iran, the US and Israel, serious global challenges have come to pass, and under these circumstances, the Centre has effectively been managing the supply of essential commodities, such as cooking gas and petroleum products. “At a time when the entire world is grappling with difficult conditions, the Government of India and Prime Minister Narendra Modi are ensuring efficient management of gas cylinders and oil supplies. The government has arranged the transportation of oil shipments and maintained stability despite the challenges,” he added.

CM accuses Congress of irresponsible conduct

The Chief Minister further accused the Congress of engaging in conspiratorial politics, and opined that the public is well aware of the party’s actions. He said, “The people of the country understand the kind of politics the Congress and its leaders are practising. This is the reason why the party continues to remain out of power.” He then urged the opposition to rise above partisan politics and focus on strengthening confidence among the general public during such tough times.

CM Dr Yadav, towards the end, expressed hope that the Leader of Opposition would recognise the gravity of the current global situation.
